Production Process of M-Sand.

The manufacturing process of M-Sand is a carefully engineered method to ensure consistency, strength, and purity in every grain:

Primary Jaw 1 Crusher

The Boulders produced from SRK Blue Metaal operated Mines is fed to the Primary Jaw Crusher to crush them into small pieces, which are then fed to the Secondary Cone Crusher.

Secondary Cone Crusher

The Secondary Cone Crusher reduces boulders to specific sizes, producing uniform aggregates for construction, ensuring consistency and improving overall material quality.

VSI Crushing

The secondary crushed material is processed through VSI Crushers to produce finely crushed, cubical particles ideal for construction use. This is the key step where M Sand is actually formed.

Wet Classifier

Using a Wet Classifier or sand washing system, impurities like silt, clay, and dust are removed, resulting in clean and consistent M Sand & P Sand.
