Production Process of M-Sand

01. Primary Jaw 1 Crusher

The Boulders produced from SRK Blue Metaal operated Mines is fed to the Primary Jaw Crusher to crush them into small pieces, which are then fed to the Secondary Cone Crusher.

02. Secondary Cone Crusher

The Secondary Cone Crusher reduces boulders to specific sizes, producing uniform aggregates for construction, ensuring consistency and improving overall material quality.

03. VSI Crushing & Wet Classifier

Material from the Secondary Cone Crusher is reshaped by VSI for cubical products, while the wet classifier removes dust below 150 microns, ensuring construction-grade material.
